1. General Policy
All items offered through our Sacred Shop are spiritual, consecrated, and energized, especially on the auspicious day of Kaal Ashtami.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Buying from Bhairav Bhakti Peeth is not mere commerce — it is participation in seva and the sacred work of Dharma. Each item involves ritual preparation, energization, and sacred handling, and therefore cannot be treated as ordinary commercial goods.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched twice a month, after every Kaal Ashtami.
If energized items are already available in stock, dispatch may be done earlier without unnecessary delay.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) under the following conditions:
Flat 30% advance payment is mandatory at the time of order placement.
COD service fee: ₹99 (non-refundable).
The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
Important COD Terms
If the order is not received, refused, returned, or cancelled by the customer at any stage after dispatch:
❌ No amount will be refunded, including:
30% advance payment
COD fee
Shipping or processing charges
This is due to costs already incurred for consecration, ritual work, packaging, and logistics.
3. Exceptions — When Refunds or Returns Are Allowed
Refunds or returns are accepted only in the following genuine cases, subject to verification and approval.
a) Damaged or Defective Product Received
(Only due to shipping or packaging issues)
A replacement with the same item will be provided.
If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refund or replacement will be processed only after the returned item is received and passes quality checks.
Turnaround Time (TAT): 7–10 working days
b) Incorrect Item Delivered
(Item received is different from what was ordered)
A replacement with the correct item only will be provided.
❌ No refund will be provided on customer request if the correct item is available.
Full refund will be issued only if we are unable to fulfill the correct item.
Refund (if applicable) will be processed only after:
The wrongly delivered item is returned, and
It passes internal quality and verification checks.
Turnaround Time (TAT): 7–10 working days
c) Duplicate Payment
(Customer charged more than once for the same order)
Refund will be issued after:
Submission of valid proof
Internal verification and investigation
Turnaround Time (TAT): 7–10 working days
🚫 Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for any other reasons, including:
Change of mind
Wrong size or variant selected by customer
Personal dissatisfaction
Delay expectations
Non-receipt due to customer unavailability
4. Mandatory Proof — Unboxing Video
For all claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the following is mandatory:
An unedited, uncut, and continuous unboxing video
The video must clearly show:
Sealed package
Opening of the parcel
Product condition
🚫 The following will not be accepted:
Edited or trimmed videos
Partial recordings
Photos only
Claims without proper video proof will be rejected without exception.
5. Refund Request Timeline
All claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests received after 7 days will not be entertained.
Refunds or returns for reasons other than those listed above are strictly prohibited.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed via:
Razorpay (original payment method), or
NEFT / Bank transfer to the buyer’s verified account
Refunds via UPI, wallets, or card reversals outside Razorpay will be processed only if the original payment was made through those methods.
Payment gateway charges, COD fees, and processing charges are non-refundable and may be deducted.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order:
✅ 100% refund
❌ No partial or full COD fees will be refunded
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order:
✅ 50% refund only
❌ No partial or full COD fees will be refunded
❌ Processing charges are non-refundable
Orders cancelled after dispatch:
❌ No refund will be issued under any circumstances
