1. Our Nature & Work

Bhairav Bhakti Peeth is a Dharmic seva initiative, not a profit-driven commercial enterprise.

We function under the guiding principle:
“Dharma, not Dhana.”

  • Approximately 70% of all revenue generated through the Sacred Shop is dedicated to:

    • Seva and temple-related activities

    • Support for NGOs and Dharmic causes

    • Education initiatives

    • Annadaan (food service)

  • The remaining amount is used strictly for:

    • Operational expenses

    • Ritual preparation and consecration

    • Packaging, logistics, and service costs

Our mission is spiritual revival, service, and Dharma protection, not financial gain.

2. No Donations Policy

⚠️ We do not accept donations at present.

  • We do not accept donations via:

    • UPI

    • WhatsApp

    • SMS

    • Personal bank transfers

    • Social media links

  • The only way to support Bhairav Bhakti Peeth is by purchasing items from our official Sacred Shop listed on our website.

Purchases are not donations, but voluntary acts of seva through consecrated offerings.

3. Sacred Shop Guidelines

The Sacred Shop offers spiritual and consecrated items, including but not limited to:

  • Rudraksha beads

  • Puja essentials

  • Sacred texts

  • Yantras and gemstones

Important understanding:

  • This is not ordinary shopping

  • Each purchase represents participation in seva

  • All items are ritually prepared, energized, and sanctified before dispatch

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Items are sacred in nature

  • Purchases are voluntary offerings

  • Items are not meant to be treated as standard commercial goods

4. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Online Payments

  • Payments are accepted via our official payment gateway (Razorpay) available on the website.

  • We do not accept payments through:

    • Personal links

    • WhatsApp or social media

    • Unknown or third-party sources

Every successful transaction generates a digital receipt via email/SMS.

Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

  • COD orders require a mandatory flat 30% advance payment at the time of order placement.

  • COD service fee: ₹99 (non-refundable).

  • The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

⚠️ If a COD order is refused, not received, returned, or cancelled by the customer, no amount will be refunded, including advance payment and COD fee.

5. Refund & Return Policy (Summary)

All items sold are final sale items, as they are spiritual and consecrated.

Refunds or replacements are allowed only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Damaged or defective items (due to shipping/packaging)

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Duplicate payment errors

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unedited, uncut unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel is mandatory.

  • Claims without valid video proof will be rejected.

Timeline

  • All claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed via Razorpay or NEFT/bank transfer only.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your information responsibly.

We collect only essential details:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (OTP verified)

  • City & Pincode

  • IP address (for security and analytics)

We do not store:

  • Card details

  • UPI IDs

  • Bank account information

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Order processing

  • Seva-related communication

  • Legal and compliance requirements

We never sell, trade, or misuse personal information.

7. Website Use

By accessing or using this website, you agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully

  • Avoid misuse, abuse, or unlawful activities

Any misuse may result in access restriction or legal action.

  • All items are offered in good faith as acts of seva.

  • We do not guarantee any specific material, physical, or spiritual outcomes.

  • Bhairav Bhakti Peeth is not responsible for:

    • Courier delays

    • Third-party service failures

    • Improper use or handling of items

9. Legal & Disclaimer

  • This platform is not a fundraiser, crowdfunding site, or profit-driven business.

  • Bhairav Bhakti Peeth operates as a voluntary Dharmic seva initiative, guided by Jyotirmoy Das.

  • All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
